Dear Lindsay,

It's hard to believe that we've almost reached the end of another financial year!

In this edition we've provided some tips on how to make your writing more effective, followed by some guidelines on how to increase your chances of getting people to read your e-news (thereby making all of the time and effort you invest in this important communication tool worthwhile).

We've added more financial articles to the treasure trove of fully researched, copyright-free content available from our library. And in responding to our clients' requests, we've added two new categories to help with your blog and add some "flavour" to your newsletters.

As it's a busy time, I won't carry on. I hope this edition gives you at least one gem that will help to improve your client communication.
